Game data and local storage

Game saves, family names, ages, appearance choices, fictional health profiles, dialogue and relationship memories are stored in this browser. The game does not upload these saves to a publisher-operated account or save service. There is no public chat or cloud-save account. Browser settings and optional-feature choices are also stored locally.

Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to see its saved game. Avoid entering sensitive real-life information into character names. Clearing site data removes local progress and preferences. Changing browser, device or domain does not automatically transfer a save.

Optional Google Analytics

Only if you choose Allow analytics in the game, the site loads Google Analytics to measure visits, fixed gameplay milestones and estimated active play time. Google processes technical information such as browser/device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Milestones include beginning play, completing an activity or conversation, finishing a work shift, reaching another day and moving out. Checkpoints include a broad activity category and the furthest milestone.

Active play time is an estimate for a visible, focused, running game with recent input. Hidden, paused and idle periods are excluded. Leaving snapshots are best effort. Analytics is not a recording of your screen, speech or conversations. The integration does not send save contents, character names, ages, diagnoses, appearance choices, typed values or keystrokes.

Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in this Analytics integration. Automatic form, link and video measurement is disabled. It sends a fixed game page address and title without URL queries, fragments or a referring page. Analytics cookies are configured for 90 days. Google’s processing is described in Google’s privacy policy.

Your Analytics choice

Play without Analytics by choosing No thanks. Use Privacy & analytics at the bottom of the game to change your choice later. Declining stops this integration and removes its Analytics cookies from this site; it does not delete reports previously processed by Google. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep the integration off. These information pages do not load Analytics or read your game save.

Character voices

Where supported and enabled, character dialogue uses installed English device voices. The game filters for voices identified by the browser as local and does not intentionally send dialogue to an external voice API. Available voices and playback depend on your browser and operating system. The game does not request microphone access or record your voice. The voice preference is saved locally; captions and optional transcripts remain available.

Optional town weather

Enabling live town weather sends a request to Open-Meteo using fixed New York coordinates for the game’s town. The game does not request your location. As with other web requests, the provider receives technical connection information such as your IP address. No game saves or character details are included. Weather has a simulated fallback.

Advertising

No AdSense ads or other advertising scripts are currently served by this site. The existing Analytics preference is not consent to advertising. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the relevant advertising consent controls must be updated before it is enabled. Required regional consent management must be configured separately. Gameplay has no ad placements or automatic ad overlays.

Hosting and external links

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting providers may process technical requests independently of optional Analytics. External links, including clinical-background links, lead to other services with their own privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement or transfer your game save.
